Jennifer was nominated by a fellow coworker for her extraordinary care for one of her elderly patients. The patient was upset to be in the hospital for his wife's 79th birthday. Jennifer arranged a bouquet of flowers, card, and balloon so the patient would be able to surprise his wife when she came to visit him later that day.
