Jennifer Kniss, RN

Although the nurses and staff were truly exceptional in this unit, including the nurse leader, Nurse Kniss stood out; especially compassionate, truly caring, and willing to go above and beyond to make her patient heard and see that I was going to have all my needs met. As a former RN myself, I can't convey what this nurse did to allay my fears and give me the confidence required to ensure a positive outcome.
