My mom recently had a biliary drain attached to her gallbladder, something I was very unfamiliar with, and she was having quite a bit of pain and discomfort that day. We called Interventional Radiology to ask questions and Jennifer asked us if we were still at the hospital. She came down to the waiting room where we were sitting and jumped into action. I had a drain bag with us, not sure whether to attach it or not and she took care of that for us. My mom and I were very relieved. I could see the relief in my mom’s eyes, and Jennifer going out of her way to help us made me cry.
