Jennifer Kowalewski, RN

We would like to thank Jennifer Kowalewski for the excellent care she gave to our family member. He came into the hospital, for the first time in over 50 years, in very poor health. He was very apprehensive, but Jennifer put him at ease from the start. She always showed him respect and compassion. She took the time to explain all the medications and procedures to his understanding. With her warm smile, she always put a smile on his face, even when she had to do something unpleasant. Jennifer talked to us like people. She stayed late to take care of his needs. When the unit became full one day, you would never have known the difference. Her care for her patients never wavered. She took whatever time was needed for each person. This is one selfless nurse, who deserves to be rewarded daily in our book. She loves her job, and you can tell it. The world would be a much better place with more people like Jennifer. Thank you, Jennifer, from the bottom of our hearts. You are one awesome woman!
