Jen always gave me prompt attention when I needed something. She is one of the friendliest nurses I have ever had the opportunity to meet. She was very comforting to talk to when in my room and always listened when I needed her. Jen is a very special woman who obviously loves her job. She never gave me a sour attitude even when she was busy and always took the time to ask me if I was ok and if I needed anything. Jen was also very nice to my visitors asking if they needed anything too. When I was upset and anxious, Jen talked with me to help calm me down. Jen is an exceptional nurse and deserves praise.
