Jen was the head nurse during my daughter's delivery. After my daughter delivered her baby, she began losing blood. Jen recognized my daughter was in crisis mode. Jen called a code! Jen knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Jen handled the situation better than I could have ever imagined. I firmly believe that without Jen, we might have had a different outcome. Also, when I became emotionally unstable, she hugged me and held me for what seemed to be 5 minutes, just to make sure I was ok. I will always and forever be thankful to the entire team that saved my daughter. But I will always and forever be grateful to Jen!!! She is an OUTSTANDING nurse and human being!!! She deserves this award!!
