Jennifer is frequently recognized by her patients, these are some of the comments she has received: Jennifer is so kind and compassionate with her care. Jennifer took time with me and did not make me feel rushed. Even though I knew she was extremely busy Jennifer let me know everything they were going to do and kept me informed the entire stay. Not only is Jennifer recognized for her caring and compassionate bedside manner, but through her excellent assessment skills she has advocated for her patients and worked with the physicians to get her patients the tests and treatment they needed. I also admire this nurse for her accountability when an error has been made, owning up to her part, and learning from her mistake. Additionally, Jennifer is an excellent teammate. She is always willing to jump in and help other staff and her teammates also recognize her as an excellent nurse.
