Jennifer R was so nice and informative to me. From the moment she got me into the Unit, Jennifer was explaining everything to me and was very sweet. I have anxiety with needles, and Jennifer made me feel comfortable while she was putting my IV. I didn’t even feel it go in, which was my most concerning part about the procedure.
