She was very knowledgeable about my medical issues and medicines, often going over each pill's name and what it was for. She always answered calls for assistance quickly and with a smile. Though busy, she was never too busy to listen to my silly questions like "What time is my physical therapy today". Her expertise was obvious, but she took the time to listen and remembered to follow up if I needed something. She was particularly helpful in treating a sore on my butt and getting a wound care nurse to evaluate it and prescribe medicine. She made me feel like I was her most important patient even though I knew we all were very important to her.
