I rushed into the ER frantic, ill, and feeling as if my life was in danger. I was in pain (level 10, I would say 20 if the rating was higher), and lost. Jennifer, entered my room and immediately began to provide the best patient experience. She was extremely professional and overly compassionate. She made me feel safe, secure, and that my health was of great concern. She was attentive, embracing and thorough at explaining this scary life-threatening health scare.

Jennifer has the ability to make you laugh, smile and feel empowered by her interactions. I would nominate her as nurse of the decade if I could. She took me from making me feel like my heart and head was going to explode from excruciating pain while hyperventilating, to comforted at the right place.

Some of the care Jennifer provided, I know it wasn’t in her job description, but she did it anyhow. For instance, when I went for my cat-scan, she cleaned the room, changed the linen and swept the floor because she observed that I felt uneasy and out of place. She was able to discern and noticed that I was a tidy person. That speaks volumes of her! I love her and I call her TheBomb.com! She is amazing, loving, professional and great at what she does. The beauty of Nurse Jennifer was that when I was enroute to my cat-scan, I saw her providing the same quality care to the next person. I applaud her and I’m grateful that she took a horrific experience and turned it into something lovely.
