I asked to speak with the nurse manager and she went above and beyond to get me the help and care I needed. She treated me with respect, compassion, sympathy, and kindness. She came in and listened, and came up with a solution quickly and efficiently. Thanking her for all she did wouldn’t be enough. She displayed everything HCA Healthcare stands for.
