I would like to acknowledge Jennifer Mancillas's compassion and diligence in caring for our patients. She is always found on the unit talking to the patient or supporting the families. One would never know the patient load she carries as no matter the situation she is always professional, compassionate, and possesses a caring attitude. Her patients love and respect her.

I have been working at this facility 7 years and her enthusiasm shows every time I am on the unit no matter the situation. She is amazing. She is a natural servant to others; she is hospital centered. I my opinion Jennifer is an excellent example of what a nurse should be. You cannot find a better nurse.

One of the physicians states that all nurses need to be like her. Her critical thinking skills are stellar, and she is always on top of everything. Thank you to Jen.
