Jennifer Manoos spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me and convinced me to go to the ER, despite my protests. She even got the doctor on the phone to tell me I should go to the ER. It turns out that I had a pulmonary embolism, so she may have saved my life.
On a related note, the care I received in the ER was everything I could have asked for. I got excellent service and was diagnosed very quickly. Everyone there, from doctors to nurses to technicians, were very kind of took great care of me. Thank you!
