Jenn is an excellent nurse and well respected team member and role model. Her strong communication skills and personal warmth enable her to connect with the patients under her care as well as their families and caregivers. Choosing just one example of the type of care Jenn gives to her patients would be to describe a typical night when she is on duty. Jenn always strives to keep her patients comfortable, providing them with warm blankets, nourishment and keeping on top of their pain management. But even beyond that, Jenn imparts her own brand of compassion, warmth, sense of humor and positive attitude that takes the patients and their families to a higher level of comfort.

In making follow-up phone calls, one patient stated she treated him "like a king", while another described her quickness to help her with nausea control. Several pointed out Jenn's thorough way of explaining everything very well. Jenn is the type of nurse we would want to care for us and our family members.
