From the moment she entered our room, she entered our life. Jennifer didn't just act as our nurse. She was a friend, an interpreter, a cheerleader, a listener, and a god-send from our most pressing issues to the smallest detail, Jennifer was an amazing advocate. She approached her job with an amazing combination of professionalism and friendliness. She made us literally feel at home in a place that can sometimes be intimidating, scary and/or cold.
