I was very impressed with the way I was treated since arriving in the PCU. Jennifer showed so much enthusiasm for her job and the care she has provided. The thing I noticed immediately was how she cared about me; when I got depressed one night she listed to me, which I truly appreciated. Jennifer was professional in every manner.
