Jenn was my mom's nurse for two days during her stay. My mom can be challenging at times, high anxiety, not very patient. Jenn treated my mom with such care and compassion; she listened to my mom, didn't dismiss her or be rude, even when my mom was being demanding. Jenn even went as far as to go to the pharmacy herself to pick up a medication my mom really needed. Thank you, Jenn, for taking such wonderful care of my mom.
