Jen is irreplaceable and the infusion unit would never be the same without her.
Usually coming to the hospital for an infusion is not something you look forward to. It can even make you nervous or scared at times. But every time I get to the infusion center, I am greeted by a happy, welcoming, kind, bright light that immediately makes me feel good calm, welcomed, and makes all my worries disappear. Her laughter and energy spread across the room and infusion unit making everyone there feel happy. She has the power to make your day with just a greeting.
I always come in hoping I get Jen as my nurse. I have never had such a hardworking, compassionate, caring nurse. She goes above and beyond any expectations. I know that no matter what I need, she is there for me and does it with a smile on her face. I have never had a nurse that is so good at putting in IVs, which is incredible because of how tricky my veins are. It usually takes healthcare works 4-6 tries to get on in. She gets it in easily and pain-free every time. She is a huge asset, and any unit/patient would be beyond lucky to have her. She is irreplaceable and the infusion unit would never be the same without her. I am so grateful I get to have her as a nurse and grateful to have even met her.
Anytime I come to infusion in a bad mood and get to have Jen as my nurse, she always makes my day and manages to have me leave with a smile on my face. If it was possible to have 100 Jen's and every part of this hospital got to have Jen as a nurse, this would be the most hardworking, efficient, happy hospital ever. There would be lots of laughter as well.
