Jen McGray is a nurse like no other. You know the day is going to be a little brighter when Jen comes to work. Jen walks in with a smile and you know she's ready to go. Jen can be in the middle of a desktop full of patient calls and can answer a call from the office staff to help with something else. I have called her on many occasions with a patient on the phone in distress and she drops everything to help. I have also had Androscoggin home health and hospice on the phone as she was going to lunch and she said, "give me a minute to head back to my desk to help." I have listened to Jen on the phone reassure a patient's spouse that these were certain things the patient needed to do to help the patient feel relief. It is unbelievable how she can be focused on one thing and answer a problem on the phone to help a patient in the blink of an eye. Jen is also known for always answering the phone and helping. She is an angel for our office and patients. She is a kind and caring nurse whom you can always count on to help with a patient issue that arises. Thank you, Jen McGray, for always going above and beyond to help make our patients' lives a little better with a kind and caring voice. To me, Jen is the most beautiful and caring DAISY in the vase.
