My father was in CICU and Jennifer McMillen was his nurse. My father was NPO due to his Sodium level being 102. The doctor told him he cannot have any fluids and my father kept requesting water as he was very thirsty. The doctor stated that he can have some mint in his mouth to make him stop feeling so thirsty. I promised my dad that I will bring mints as soon as I can. When I went to see my dad during my lunch break, he already had mints on his bedside table. Jennifer told me that she was going to the gift shop so she did not mind getting him some mints. I was so pleased with Jennifer's compassionate care of my dad.
