Jenn takes care of some of Mother-Baby's most challenging patients. She recently took care of a patient who was status post-partum hemorrhage treated with Bakri Balloon. She also had two other complicated couplets. Her assignment that night was challenging. She used ancillary staff, collaborated with physicians, and touched base with co-workers to delegate for the best outcome for her patient. She remained calm in demeanor, compassionate and competent, reassuring her patient that she was in good hands. She is professional with her communication with doctors, yet firm when advocating for her patients. When following Jenn, her patients are always well taken care of, complimentary about the care she gives and look forward to having her back as their nurse.
Jenn is always helpful and well respected by co-workers as well as patients and doctors alike.
