Jennifer Middleton has definitely made me feel special and has done things to let me know she loves her job. I had to have a last minute C-section and was told to call someone. No one answered my call and no one was coming to stay with me because I was in Missouri. I would have had to deliver alone! I still had a few hours left before surgery and Jennifer made me feel at home like she was someone I could look to in my time of need. She checked on me as much as she could and even sat with me when I felt lonely. It meant the world to me.
