I came to your hospital due to my "baby" brother and only sibling having landed in the ICU. A resident of Maryland and in CO for business, he had collapsed in the back of an Uber and was brought to your hospital.
First and foremost, he arrived without identification. Our family owes a debt of gratitude to Jennifer, one of his nurses in the ICU. An apparent computer whiz, Jennifer proceeded to investigate and search until she was able to identify him. She told us later that she spoke to him and said she knew he was "someone's someone" and she promised she would determine his identity. She did just that. She worked so hard to put a name to his face, a voice to his lack of voice. I will never forget her. Nobody in our family will. He was loved and respected by many. When she came in and introduced herself, I was almost unable to speak.
