Jennifer Mumphord, ADN, RNC-OB, IBCLC

A patient experienced a fetal demise. The physician wanted to recognize Jennifer for the excellent care that she gave to the patient. Jennifer exemplifies what compassionate connected care is all about. The baby experienced significant trauma and the physician was concerned that seeing the baby might upset the mother. Jennifer advocated and offered to spend the time prepping the baby so that the mother could see and hold her baby. The mother and physician were both grateful for her efforts and attention to detail.
