Jen shows compassion and care for every patient that comes into the office. She leads the office by example and has gone above and beyond caring for not only our patients but also her peers. She has a selfless attitude and is always putting the needs of others before herself. She promotes positivity in the workplace and brightens up others around her. When patients have been in need of changing, utilizing the restroom, or simply walking down the hallway, Jen has stopped what she was doing to focus all of her care to that one patient and helping them. This includes patients she is not working directly with but who need assistance. This continues every day when she is here. She jumps in with the clerical staff during her downtime and learns how to complete office work outside of the nursing realm. She is not afraid to speak up and ensures every patient leaves with no questions unanswered and a smile on their face. I am more than honored to have Jen in my office, and I know our patients feel the same. It is nurses like her that keep the world a better place.
