Jennifer is positive, accepts any assignment without any issues, is fun-loving, and encouraging. She's not afraid of anything. She's been out of her internship at least three years and now has become a Clinical Coach. She is currently teaching new employees and new interns. Her peers love her. She makes her patients feel comfortable about their impending procedures and addresses any issues regarding the procedure with the entire team involved. She takes every opportunity to be kind to her patients and colleagues. She exhibits effective communication while interviewing them. She's non-judgmental, understanding and caring. She's an active listener and makes her patients feel comfortable. She's empathetic and understands the feelings of others. Her patients know that Jennifer cares by taking the needed time to manage their safety and comfort.
