I am an 84 year old disabled veteran who has endured about a dozen major surgeries in many different hospitals. The most recent was a triple bypass open heart surgery at St. Joseph's. During those many surgeries, I encountered many different medical staff in many different environments. I feel qualified to evaluate and note Nurse Jennifer's totally exceptional skills. She is, without a doubt, the most caring and devoted nurse I have ever encountered. She listens. She hears. She solves the patient's problem.

Nurse Jennifer works exceptionally long hours I frequently found her on the job before six in the morning and still on the job after six in the evening on the same day. She is very pleasant and always wears a smile. Her professional knowledge is unsurpassed. Her contacts within the hospital environment are expansive, and she is quick to reach the appropriate person and solve whatever challenge requires attention. 

Nurse Jennifer's trait that stands out the most is her care and concern for her patients. She is the most caring and most efficient problem solver I have ever encountered. She is an invaluable asset to the St. Joseph staff.
