My husband was admitted in June 2019. Jennifer came on shift Saturday night. I was with my husband when she came in. She organized all his lines, replaced his pillowcases, and cleaned my husband very carefully since he was a trauma patient. Due to his injuries, he had blood all over. Jennifer took the time to clean all the blood off of him, showing that she truly cared and wanted my husband to be comfortable. Jennifer cared for him again on Sunday and Wednesday night as we were preparing him for organ donation. Jennifer's attention to detail and caring nature never waned. I recruit critical care nurses for over 10 years now and to see firsthand the quality of care provided by Jennifer makes me want to ensure that every nurse I hire is just as exceptional and meets this standard of care. My family and I are truly grateful for Jennifer's care during this terrible time for us, but Jennifer truly stood out to us as an extraordinary, compassionate nurse!
