My new insurance plan is ridiculous. Jennifer took the time to work with the Doctor to obtain the correct formulary information for my scheduled 2 medications for ADD. She got my prescription ready before I ran out and pre-approved it with my insurance. It was a lot of back and forth nonsense. I really appreciate the time she took to listen, research, and provide.
