Jennifer Ochoa demonstrated a high level of compassion as she took the time to understand my treatment. Her intellectual curiosity was refreshing because she worked to collaborate my needs and my doctor's plan with me. She demonstrated her integrity by verifying existing orders in an excellent manner and provided this service with a sense of urgency. Jennifer ensured every question I had was answered, medication I needed was dispensed quickly, and personal comfort was met. She has a very calming effect and is a team player. When I asked her to empty my urinal she did so without hesitation or calling for someone else to complete the task. Jennifer is an exceptional employee and very deserving of the DAISY Award.
