I am a new nurse to this facility and Jenny is the Charge nurse on a lot of my shifts. She is easy to approach, always willing to dig in and teach others, and she always ensures that I know I can utilize her as a resource and that she is here to help! She works all the time and is very reliable. I have seen her with high need patients and she is very knowledgeable and very patient. I look forward to seeing her when I go to work and know that she is always willing to help where needed. Jenny has made my transition to this hospital a pleasant experience.
