My son is 13 and had major issues with asthma. So he started to panic when his sugar was being checked. He asked his nurse, Jennifer O'Keefe, to sing and she didn't even hesitate, she started singing! She was such a great nurse and comfort to patients! She had students and took her time to involve them. She answered every question we had and never made us feel like a burden. I had to leave my son for a few hours to take care of my other child and called several times to check on him, never once did she make me feel crazy for calling so much. She also reassured me that he was okay and he was in good hands!
