Jennifer O'Keefe 2, RN

I had an operation Tuesday morning, and I was so scared, and I was in so much pain. Ms. Jennifer came in, introduced herself, held my hand, and told me everything was going to be okay. I was so scared. She told me what to do if I had pain or discomfort. She made sure I ate because I didn't want to eat.

She even went so far as to help my boss when she came to visit me. She took care of me like I was her own child. I thank her for that, and I really wish we had more people and nurses like that in the world. I know she has DAISY's, but she really deserves to have one from me. I just want to say thank you, Ms. Jennifer.
