Jenn is very understanding and helpful. She is professional while doing her job and always answers any questions about things I do not know that pertain to my husband's health and treatment. She explains things like: Tests, Medications, X-rays and CT scans. She takes her time to really make me feel very comfortable with what they are doing to my husband in the ICU. I have never been sick enough to be hospitalized so when my husband entered a medical coma I was extremely scared and unsure of everything and my mind would always wonder why. Being away from my home and family was difficult but Jenn made me feel as comfortable as I could be. Six months later she is still checking on us and making sure my husband's care is coming along and that I am doing well with everything that is happening to us. Again, thank you.
