Jennifer Parker was my nurse in the ER who helped the ER nurse. Jen embodies excellent service, quality care, ethical behavior, and professionalism. She cared for me and for my family. She is incredibly hard working and has a level of reassurance. Jen helped me know that everything would be okay. This is incredibly important when you're scared, hurting and facing surgery. It's a super scary place to be. With her reassurance and excellent service, I was able to cope. As a man of 3 kids there is nothing scarier. She kept me safe. I feel eternally grateful to her for the above and beyond care I received. I chose to come to Emanuel because I know it has amazing nurses and doctors. There are other hospitals which are closer but it's always worth it to come here. Thank you, Jennifer Parker, for the excellent care.
