Jennifer displayed a quiet and unhurried approach as she cared for my husband while he was seeking emergency care on a Sunday evening. As a retired nurse, I had run out of options for his pain and knew we needed help. After triage, Jennifer explained why he was being assigned to a trauma room in order to best monitor and investigate his complaints. She explained each procedure as she quietly and efficiently performed each one. She continuously asked if we had questions following each teaching. She showed compassion during our stay.
