Jen has been my father's nurse on several occasions. She is informative, knowledgeable, kind, and accessible. Jen's presence in the room, outside the room is noticeable and appreciated. My father has had many nurses throughout his stay, but none of them have been as visible. Jen always has a warm, friendly manner and answers all our questions with patience. I worry just a little less when I know my father is being taken care of by Jen.
