Jennifer was wonderful in her care and helped me get used to my new normal at the beginning of my home care. She explained everything and how with time there would be an improvement. I had an upcoming appointment at a Clinic just a few weeks after coming home. I really didn’t know how to fly with the supplies that I would need for a week's stay. She helped me prepare for the trip by having me call my Doctor to get medical clearance for the supplies I would need.

Also, made a call to TSA to get assistance upon arriving at the airport. She also explained the process and how important it was to go to my appointment. This relieved a lot of stress for this trip and her reassurance helped me take the trip. I did make the trip, and all went well with the flights. I received hopeful news from my Doctor at the clinic. Upon my return, Jennifer returned to doing my homecare and reviewed my notes from the clinic. During my homecare, she was very professional and supportive and kept in contact with her team (Physical Therapist and Speech Therapist) which were also wonderful too. She certainly took care of me in all ways and if I needed help, she was just a phone call away, which was very comforting to me. My health has improved, and I am eating and drinking again.
