Though we have only known Jennifer for 4 days, she is an amazing nurse and stands out from her peer group. I have over a decade of professional experience rating enlisted leaders and officers and am able to successfully size leaders up within a 4 day period of observation.

Jennifer Poole’s vast knowledge and understanding, coupled with her ability to communicate, propels her above others. She is highly effective and empathetic and embodies every aspect of the Army Values (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage). Her wonderful attributes do not end there, but I will spare you a long read. She is the type of kind, high functioning, and insightful leader I wish the Army had more of.
