Jen Powers is an incredible nurse. She is always available for staff whenever they have a question or a concern regarding patient care, nursing, or personally. She is also a great educator. I often use her as a resource when I have questions especially with precepting. Jen is a senior preceptor and a very skilled nurse. She is very pleasant to work with and is always willing to help others. Her patients always have wonderful things to say about her and when they leave the hospital they remember her by name because of how she made them feel.
