Jennifer "Jenny" is described as a nurse that is approachable and supportive to all. Recently, she helped a family through a traumatic experience, providing a private setting for the family to ask questions and a shoulder to cry on. Jenny even stayed past her shift until they were ready to say goodbye to their loved one. It was evident that in such a short amount of time she had made a connection with this patient's family.
