Jennifer did her best to handle a patient in pain. You may say this is her job and I would agree. But, remember I'm the call button. I found her often in the hallway and she did not put me off, ever! She never showed any form of being too busy to care for her patients. Her body language expressed a sincere desire to provide a commitment to the care and improvement of human life. She provided an excellent explanation of why we had been given poor information from the orthopedic office. Jennifer offered a superb explanation of the medical procedure. Jennifer's cheerful, always trying to provide excellent care and to go just a bit further in caring for not only the physical needs but also the mental caring that my wife needed, puts her in a league of extraordinary nurses.
