As a cancer patient at this hospital, I met Jenny toward the end of my stay. With all the wonderful caregivers at Sacred Heart I met daily, I can still easily say Jenny P. was the BEST!! Her clinical skills were exemplary in caring for me and knowing just what was needed. Her excellence in dealing with other hospital workers and her willingness to stay overtime to make sure everything had worked out with them and what was needed for me allowed me to check out to go home on time. Her respectful ways of relaying important information to my mature ears were greatly appreciated. She never "talked down" to me. Jenny's daily and hourly concern for me truly showed in never letting me wait for help or items I wanted or needed. It was as though I were her only patient! Every morning she would make sure I had all the coffee I wanted at 5 AM, if anything was late in coming for me, doctors' visits, tests, dinner, etc. she would be checking to find out what was happening. Jenny P. is a nurse who shows the ultimate expression of God's love and caring to her patients in many ways! She is a true DAISY Nurse!
