Clinical Educator Jennifer Ralston has been an instrumental addition to the emergency department team. She demonstrates a strong passion for teaching and is always eager to assist when new challenges arise. We maintain constant communication to ensure alignment and collaboration. During busy times in the department, Jennifer willingly joins the team, standing side by side with caregivers to provide support and assist with patient care. Her dedication to the team and proactive approach have significantly enhanced our team's knowledge and efficiency.
