I've had multiple cardiac procedures and major cardiac surgery, so I'm auto-immune. Jennifer made an extra effort to make me feel safe and comfortable. She is very personable and efficient in her duties. We became close talking to each other about our families without prying. And when I informed her that today was my birthday, she rounded up two other nurses and they made a happy birthday banner and they hung it in my room. I was very touched. I feel very blessed to be in the UCH.
