Jennifer assists in managing multiple oncology patients; she is always very caring and compassionate with our patients. There have been instances where we have had to transfer a patient to a different facility, and the patient did not have a charger for their phone or any other way to keep in contact with their family. She has given these patients her own personal phone charger so they could maintain contact with their family. She has also helped patients obtain a battery for their key fob and has helped patients jump-start their cars in the parking lot.

She has maintained her certifications current so she can flush ports for our patients. She tries to accommodate our patients in every way possible. Even when we have patients show up for port flushes without appointments, she always tries to accommodate them quickly and efficiently. Our clinic frequently runs late due to the volume and complexity of our patients; when this happens, she is always willing to stay to make sure our patients get the best care possible, and she is just as caring and compassionate with our patient's family members as she is with our patients. She has completed her certification for oncology navigation. She goes above and beyond daily to make sure our patients are cared for the way she would want her family to be cared for.
