Jennifer explained in detail the rationale behind every decision and answered all of our questions. Because of her compassion and ability to teach, my husband and I had the information we needed to feel secure with the decisions that were being made. I don't have the words to describe the sense of relief that we felt. All of our worries and concerns were gone, and we could focus our attention on getting me well again and spending time with our baby.

Jennifer is truly an exceptional nurse and I can't thank her enough for what she did for my husband and me. She was my nurse for less than an hour, but the impact she made will stay with us for a lifetime.
