My brother and I have been in the ER multiple times this summer with our dad. He has had seizures that are just very hard for us to see occur. She is one of the nurses who was the best going above and beyond to comfort us and provide a good emotional experience.
People come here grieving.
I'm rambling, but all I want to get across is that Jenni has always been empathetic with us in such hard times. That's how we try to treat people when they are struggling. That's how we like to be treated.
