Jennifer is one of the nicest, sweetest nurses we ever met. Jen goes above the call of duty:
1. She explained everything that was being done.
2. She explained how my medications were being given and what each one did for me.
3. I never had to call her to come in and give me something.
4. She knew of my meds before the time came to administer my meds.
5. She washed my wounds and had time to answer her calls while taking care of me. But she asked if it was ok with me first.
6. Very polite and always said 'my pleasure' when ending her conversation.
Jennifer made my stay at Memorial Hermann feel like home. I wish there were more nurses like her. Jen is a lovely nurse to have on your team at Hermann.
