Every single shift that I work with Jennifer, she demonstrates her amazing skill set and a caring attitude. As a new graduate nurse, there are many situations that I have come across that I needed extra help or clarification on. Whenever I have asked her for help, she has gone above and beyond to help me. Not once do I feel judged. Instead, she is always very patient with me and explains things in a way that helps me understand clearly. Regardless if she has a list of things that she needs to work on, she always makes sure if I am okay or if I need extra help. Next, the care that she provides her patients is truly admirable. She is so very kind and patient and provides so much care to all of her patients. She truly deserves this recognition. She is such a huge asset to the tele floor and to this hospital. I look up to her so much and hope I can be half the nurse that she is.
